- Warranty Period: 1 year from the date of receipt.
- Claim Policy: If the product is damaged during shipping, defective from manufacturing, incorrect, or incomplete, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt and provide an unboxing video.
- Shipping Costs: We will cover all shipping costs for returns or repairs if the product has issues within the first 7 days.
- Warranty Confirmation: Claims must be verified with the order channel and order number or invoice (if applicable).
- Free Repair Service: Free repair services are provided for the duration of the 1-year warranty, excluding the cost of parts that wear out from use.
- Part-Specific Warranties:
- Gas stove parts (igniter, burner) have a 1-month free parts warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- Electrical parts (circuit board, motor) have a 1-month free parts warranty. The customer is responsible for shipping costs.
- For other parts not specified, customers are responsible for both the cost of the part and shipping.
- Exclusions: The warranty does not cover damage from external factors such as accidents, natural disasters, fire, power surges, or improper use. Unauthorized repairs, modifications, or use not in accordance with the manual are also not covered. Damage from negligence or from animals/insects is also excluded.
